Laptop acting retared with Internets (PLEASE READ

To my IM buddies and people who I agreed to have OC sessions with:
Right now, I'm gonna be offline from my IM's for some time (dunno how long).
Reason why is because my laptop isn't acting right with my Internet. After my friend helped me out with making my computer faster, after he left, when I was about to go on the Internet, it said "Page Load Error".

Dumb part is that my computer says that my wireless is connected. It's got be the laptop. but my friend do anything to mess with the Internet, just disabled some startup programs since my computer would start up slow due to it starting a bunch of stuff all at once

So for now, I won't able to chat or OC. Right now I'm using my desktop. So I guess I'll be drawing more XD getting requests done

If you're running Windows Vista, click Start=> All Programs=> Accessories and right-click on Command Prompt and click "Run as Administrator" (if you're the only one using it). From there in the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns". If that doesn't work then beat your friend's head in with a 2x4 for doing something he wasn't supposed to do.

Almost forgot, if its Windows Xp just launch the command prompt and type the above command in.
